What is the processing time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During new collection launches or sales, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since we offer a wide range of sizes from XXS to 6X, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to the specific garment measurements listed.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an error.
