At JessaKae, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached into the shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your request within 5-7 business days.
